Dutch Bros Coffee - Aberdeen

When you order your coffee or drink of choice, you can always expect exceptional service! They serve the best coffee you’ll ever taste! I’ve been visiting Dutch Bros in Oregon for the past 15 years, and I truly believe their coffee is unbeatable. I would never choose Starbucks; their coffee simply can’t compare!

Wanted to post what a wonderful experience I had at this location, although I always do. However I went to this Dutch brothers on Wednesday 9/15 and had an a amazing visit but was accidentally given a drink that had dairy in it. I wasn't upset at all but then when I went back on Thursday 9/16 I wanted to make sure I got a non dairy drink. Well Carson was so sweet and explained to me what flavors are truly vegan, I have always been a plain latte drinker and don't do syrups ever. We laughed and he told me the drink was on the house. Now I remember Carson from his previous job and there too, he always had the top notch customer service and truly cared about being kind to all. Dutch brothers has one amazing employee and love that I have a familiar face at Dutch brothers now! Thank you Carson!

They just opened pretty recently, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect as I've never been to one before. When we first pulled into the line, we were greeted with a little sign that clearly stated what was on the menu. There were lots of coffee options, as well as some smoothies, cocoa, and something called a muffin top. Pulling towards the window behind a truck, I fully expected to have to wait to order. Within seconds a wild employee appeared and approached the window to take our orders with what looked like a pad that's probably a wireless pos system (not that kind of pos, lol. It's a specialized system used often in the bar industry) that sent our info inside. Once we got to the window, a very cheerful employee confirmed the order, then we were given our treats in a very quick manner. Very streamlined and pleasant experience overall. My mom even got a punch card for the coffees in the future.

Ordered a white mocha with oat milk, got a black and white? Then got told that they put chocolate back in because it had oat milk?? Not mad just kinda disappointed and confused maybe the girl was in training idk.

This was an absolutely amazing Dutch Bros experience! The Americano is fantastic, but what truly made it a top notch experience was the outstanding and incredible customer service! The guy who greeted us and took our order went above and beyond with his friendly outgoing personality! We will always remember our Dutch Bros experience in Aberdeen!!! Thank you!
