During my recent visit to Westport, I received great assistance from a young man delivering Franz's bread. I believe his name was Jay or JJ. He was attentive and went out of his way to explain the area to me, even beyond what I had asked for. It was a delightful conversation filled with hospitality. I must say that this bread delivery guy is a confident, bright, and exceptional individual. I hope his employer recognizes his unique qualities.

Great prices was disappointing at checkout we are usually invited to take a free item. We weren't offered the free item. A customer behind us who didn't purchase the same as us actually way less was able to choose an item this is the second time it has happened

Everyone that I have interacted with that works here has been an absolute pleasure. Many have worked here for at least a decade.
