I ordered a toasted Spicy Italian and it arrived exactly as I requested, loaded with all the right cheese, veggies, and dressing. I highly recommend it!

We decided to play along and tried to order online as suggested, only to discover that the online ordering system was down. My mother-in-law went back inside to express how inappropriate this situation was. By then, we resolved to find another place to eat. To business owners, I urge you: if you're hiring minors to run your establishment, please ensure there is adult supervision that understands the importance of customer service and maintaining your brand's standards. Don’t be shocked if your sales suffer because of this experience.

Every time I place an online order, it ends up being completely wrong. When I take it back to have it fixed, the staff often have an attitude. I've shared pictures to show the difference between what I ordered and what I received.
