Contribuisci feedbackI have an eating disorder. After a long day of not being able to take care of myself, I got here well within closing time and they refused service to me. This was after an employee came out of the building an told me his peer inside would help me. I amcrying in the parking lot. I was kind enough to ask if it was too late and you still had me drive around the building twice tofind out.
Ordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. About 10 to 12 cars in line at the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. A little strange all of the exterior signage lights were off. Inside was kiosk and app orders only, not sure if I could have dined in. My order was made to perfection. I customize all the items and all were perfect. My only complaint is no napkins in the bag. I'm staying in a nearby motel and you know how those delicious soft tacos can get a bit messy. Would definitely visit this location again, good job Taco Bell Team!
The bathroom had a very loud fan noise and no soap, had to use my own hand sanitizer. It makes me think, how do the employees clean their hands.
Eating was really good, they have forgotten an article of our order (nachos), but it was not a big thing. soda was delicious. the bank was very friendly and efficient. actually, they forgot to give us even straws, but. whatever it was good.
Great taco bell! terry is wonderful with customers. I could see him as a regional trainer for customer service. hard to find such good people.
