Wendy's - Aberdeen

This review is for the rude customers who come to Wendy's and then complain about waiting in line and receiving their food late. There are many other restaurants nearby, so go to one of those instead. The staff is doing their best, so please be patient. At least your food is being freshly made.

This is for the rude people who see to the wendys that is already a line and then complain about their food getting late. there are many other restaurants, go to one. they are untouched. be patient. at least you eat freshly prepared.

Unfortunately this is the closest wendy’s in the opposite. my last three visits were about a month apart. but they were my worst food experience. the personal is my problem. unprofessional to say that at least. make sure their order is correct before they go.

We sat in the drive through line (mind you 3 cars were ahead of us) for 20 minutes waiting to place our order we finally get to place it then we sat another 25 minutes waiting on our food. We' finally get our food just to look in the bag and notice it wasn't even our order. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Wait time and service are in the negative. I also door dash here occasionally waiting on a pick up here is not worth the time or the money.

I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. The employees are rude, they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I’ve worked in fast food, it is appalling to see such ignorant customer service. I didn’t get two words out before they either ask me if that’s all or tell me to pull forward- with a very nasty attitude at that. Not to mention throwing my food at me and not even attempting to give me my receipt or change (1penny I wasn’t worried about it, but no receipt), when I’ve had issues with incorrect orders here before; but since it’s the closest Wendy’s to our house we go there. After the repeated completely terrible service, I’ll drive to Edgewood or North East before going back there. These employees need to learn what customer service is and just basic human decency.
