White Rabbit Catering - Aberdeen

Wonderful experience using White Rabbit!! Everything was exactly as planned and food/service was outstanding! Highly recommend when looking for catering options!

Have catered our event the last two years and always do an excellent job. Great food and very good service.

We planned a wedding for 60 people....10 of which were supposed to be kids. When I first contracted with Giff to cater this event it was in the middle of the pandemic and it was hard to schedule a tasting. Big mistake. I have been in the business of catering party planning forever in my previous place of residency in Florida. However, after moving to the Sandhills just before the world shut down I was at a disadvantage as to who would be a good caterer. Many people recommended White Rabbit as an established company with a somewhat good reputation. I hired Mr. Fisher to do a drop-off as I had hired my own staff of servers and bartender. I had created a menu of Honey-garlic pork tenderloin, ham with pineapple glaze, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes with garlic and olive oil, green beans almondine and glazed carrots, Caesar salad, rolls and butter and for the kids, chicken fingers and macaroni cheese. Well, these items were NOT prepared to order for sure. We ended up with only 48 people and 3 kids. The Caesar salad consisted of lettuce and massive amounts of croutons....no parmesan cheese anywhere in sight. I had to run home to my house and get the cheese just prior to opening up the buffet. Next the pork was not made according to the recipe provided to Mr. Fisher and we ran out prior to everyone getting some. The ham was delicious but was sliced paper thin. Next, the green beans almondine were under cooked, with no instructions to my wait staff as to further prep. The glazed carrots were undercooked and NOT sweet glazed at all. And finally, the chicken tenders, meant for kids were not breaded, but grilled, which the kids did not eat. Overall, Mr. Fisher was very nice and appeared to be listening to my requests, but in the end, I would not use this catering company a second time.

I can not say enough positive things about Giff Fischer and his team at White Rabbit Catering. Incredibly professional and the food was absolutely amazing. Every guest at the gathering raved about it! Their fried chicken was out of this world. They created a menu that was diverse enough to please all guest- from fried chicken to fruit and kale salad-and all of the food was just DELICIOUS. They even helped me get with the venue for the party to check on the space as I live in a different city. I highly recommend this team and I certainly hope to work with them again down the road!
