Pizza Hut - Aberdeen City

I ordered a medium chicken supreme pizza through Just Eat and it arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected, still hot and fresh. The crust was soft and warm, topped with delicious toppings that were freshly prepared and generously portioned. While the quality may vary slightly due to the busy nature of the business, I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend it!

Great place for a quick bite to eat with friends and with a good selection of toppings to suit different dietary needs.for vegans with in the group they were happy to see that they now offer vegan cheeses to top the pizzas.

Ordered a pizza with loads of toppings, meant to be extra cheese and pepperoni but it was so dry, barely any cheese, about 5 bits of pepperoni on top. Was a few of us so all had a bit then all have decided that it was poor and a frozen pizza would taste better. Half the pizza was partially eaten. Called up the king st branch and the man on the phone was laughing and saying that oh it couldn't have been that bad. Definitely was. The delivery man came to my door and inspected the pizza like it was something presious then handed my money over with an annoyed expression on his face. I remember when Pizza hut made delicious, cheesy pizzas with yummy toppings but now judging by my order, the customer service and the reviews on Tripadvisor it had all changed. Won't order again.

Initially, we thought we found a quick fix for our hunger when we received a text advertising a large pizza for £9.99. Excited by the deal, we decided to order it with extra toppings, bringing the total to £25.58. However, when the delivery arrived half an hour later, we were shocked to find two small pizzas instead of the large ones we had paid for. Feeling deceived and disgusted by the misleading text, we called the restaurant to request a refund. After a frustrating hour and forty minutes of back and forth, we finally received our money back. We will never order from this place again. In contrast, while dealing with the refund ordeal, we placed an order with Domino's online and were pleasantly surprised to find a similar deal for large pizzas at a cheaper price. Always double check before ordering from this deceitful establishment in Aberdeen South.

A family of four dined at the restaurant, ordering pizza, soft drinks, and dessert. The meal was too large for a quick outing with two kids. The experience was further soured by poor service and inexperienced staff. We will not be returning and will choose a different restaurant next time.
