Went to this place with a party of Had to take a deposit of per person which we were told would be refunded to us and not taken off the bill. However, this was not the case. They took it off the bill and couldn’t refund it to my bank account. This made it extremely confusing as we tried to figure out what everyone would be paying. Again, no help was offered just a ‘sorry’. Do not tell people you can do something if it is not able to be executed Upon arrival they refused some guests coming in as they didn’t have our names down with the table. We had to to get our guests each time they arrived Myself and my partner are extremely lactose intolerant. We thought, with them having a vegan menu, they would be able to remove dairy from their products. We were very wrong. All we could have was a burger with the most awful bun as the other buns have dairy in them. Extremely disappointing. Waitress didn’t try to recommend anything to us Service was slow and food arrived at different times. Which made some food cold and extremely awful Safe to say, we and the guests who came along are never going to eat there again Extremely disappointing, has lost returning customers.
First time eating here and won't be the last. I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails. They were delicious and also a huge menu of them to choose from. The food was also delicious and great choice on the menu for meat eaters and vegetarians. It was very busy so service was a little bit slow but really polite and helpful waitress.
This probably the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. I visited the restaurant with my boyfriend and we chose out food. Turns out what I had chosen was not as tasty as I expected. I didn’t want to bother the waiters and ate what I could from the plate. At the end of the meal, the waitress, a lovely lady from Italy, asked for feedback, I told her I was not satisfied with the taste and she was so apologetic and asked if she could get something else; from what I had eaten I was already satisfied, so I thanked her and said it’s ok. What I didn’t expect is that she would tell the manager of my experience, few minutes later the manager came to our table and he was so sorry to hear about my experience and explained the standards of their food and that meal I had, probably did not meet the quality of food.It is true because I tasted what my boyfriend had and it was lovely. He again insisted me to choose anything from the menu to which I wasn’t keen to do and really assured him that I was fine and I understood. To my surprise, when the bill came he actually removed what I had from the bill. My meal costed and he did not charge a penny for it, I had actually eaten most of what was on my plate and he didn’t question that and solely focused on my experience. Best Customers Service ever, I was Made feel welcomed and treated very well. I will definitely go back to Las Iguanas many more times.
Food was fine, service was fast but we didn’t feel welcomed from the first minute like they all were unhappy to have us there. I read reviews how nice the service is with a smile on their face but we didn’t see that today from nobody. I prefer a bad food instead of the treatment we got today. Really disappointing
