Andy Tang's Chinese - Aberdeenshire

I requested spicy beef, but the tomato dish tasted more like sweet and sour. It's hit or miss now, which is a shame because this used to be the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The satay I've had the last few times has been jelly-like and tasteless. If the satay is the same tonight, I won't ever be back. I have been using this takeout place for over 30 years, and it has had the same owners all this time. I don't understand what has happened.

I ordered takeout tonight and was very disappointed. The spring roll was overcooked and greasy, and the chicken curry fried rice was not good either. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I ended up throwing away at least half of my meal.

I used to always enjoy the freshly made and delicious meals from this takeout restaurant, which has been a favorite of mine for years. However, after a recent experience where the food was lacking in flavor and had thin, watery sauces, I am now rating it as a 2-star establishment. Unfortunately, this means that my once beloved takeout spot will no longer be my go-to. I am very sad and disappointed.

Worst Chinese I’ve tried. Chicken balls were not balls but indeed balls of batter and little chicken. So bland with no flavour in curry and chow mien wasn’t that great either. They also do nothing Salt and pepper which in 2023 is pretty poor. Spare your time and go to Banff or buy a wok Youl do a better job yourself

Best Chinese in Banff Macduff. As a seasoned veteran in the takeaway game you can take my word for it when I say, hand on heart, you won't find better curry sauce on the planet. Absolutely phenomenal on top of chips and egg fried rice. Everything has tasted the exact same since I was a child. So good that my mother weaned me off baby formula straight on to Tangs' OG curry sauce!
