Bennachie Lodge - Aberdeenshire

I made a reservation for my visiting relatives at this restaurant. They had nothing but great things to say about their experience at the hotel.

After staying at this hotel, I must say that the parking fee was quite expensive. We were looking forward to a good night's sleep, especially since we had been traveling in a camper van. However, the hotel room was hot with no air flow, extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning, and the beds were very uncomfortable. In the end, we decided to sleep in our van in the parking lot when we couldn't get any rest in the room. The information provided on the booking site was inaccurate, so it is advisable to double check and call ahead to confirm. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. It is a shame because the staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. However, I go to a hotel primarily for a good night's sleep, not just to admire the decor.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to comment on the recent improvements at the lodge. With the new all-you-can-eat menus and updates to the other menu items, it's definitely worth a visit. The staff is fantastic, the food is great, and the prices are very affordable. It's a must-visit spot when you don't feel like cooking!

No cooked breakfast Monday to Friday, but the coffee was excellent. Kitchen closes at 7:30 for dinner. At least it did on a Tuesday night.

One of the best meals we have had. We all had different choices and all were perfect .The waiting staff knew what they were expected to do . Very friendly and welcomed us at arrival.
