Medina Coffee House - Aberdovey

This charming little coffee shop offers fantastic food and has beautiful, friendly owners. It features a spacious outdoor area, making it a wonderful place to relax. I highly recommend it—definitely the best around!

This is a fantastic spot for a coffee break. We enjoyed our time sitting in the courtyard, where the staff was excellent—very polite and friendly. While we sipped our coffee, we noticed four couples come into the courtyard, take a quick glance around, and leave without even looking at the menu or going inside. It's a shame for them, as they missed out on a wonderful experience. They serve breakfast until 11:30 a.m., and when dining in the courtyard, we were given paper plates and pastries, which were placed into a container and then cut into a bucket of water.

Hidden gem! This lovely little farm café is tucked away down a narrow path by the sea. It features a cozy and colorful outdoor seating area, as well as indoor seating. I ordered a speck and egg sandwich, no white bread or butter (I know, unusual) to take away, as it was a beautiful sunny morning and I wanted to enjoy my breakfast on the beach. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, it turned out to be a ham sandwich instead! I suppose my order got mixed up with someone else's. Even though it wasn't what I had ordered, it was still a very delicious sandwich, and I would definitely recommend trying this café during your stay in the village! I only gave it 4 stars due to the mix-up with my order, as I really prefer a bacon sandwich.
