Dante's Pizza - United States

Had a really strange experience. I went to the counter to buy a drink, and they helped two men who were in the line after me and ignored me totally standing right in front of them 1 in the line on the counter. I am a woman) the type that worked there, seemed like the owner, called me to ask if he could take over the command of my in law. my son-in-law said he was with me, so the owner finally asked what I wanted. has not apologized or said. I took my money and gave me drinks. was so rude, even my son-in-law thought it was so strange. it was like they didn't want to help a woman. it was kind of creepy.

Worse customer service came in at 6:15 they close at 7pm. Ordered a family meal ?we will not serve you not enough bread sticks and we don?t have pasta. And we will not make you more! My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday what a shame. We spend 40-50 dollars here I guys they don?t need our money?????

Such a hit or miss. Food was old with the exception of a roll that they had to make since they ran out. You are expected to keep an eye on when the food they didn 't have is ready and go get it yourself. Guess it 's so hard to bring it to the table like most places. Also, they now charge a 3.5% fee on credit cards. Like seriously, a restaurant charging to use a card.

I hadn 't been there in years, but I can say their pizza used to look and be good. I used to think they had the best pizza. However, I went today and not only was the cashier guy rude. The pizza was not at all what it used to be. The cashier guy didn 't greet any customers nor thank them. When he handed me my pizza, he just tossed it on the counter and said nothing. Remember you chose the job, the job didn 't choose you. If you have poor customer skills, why work there. Even my 7yr old said the pizza looked disgusting. And chose not to eat his slice afterall. I tried offering it to someone else. But, no one wanted it so we ended up just tossing both slices. I had bitten off of mine. And it definitely was not the great pizza it once was years ago.. Will definitely not be returning.. Not only because the pizza is no longer good. But that customer service attitude is so poor.. I also noticed the 3.5 fee if you use a card. Asked him a question, and all he did was nod his head no verbal response.. ??

Amazing pizza ! This is where we choose to go when we have pizza day and we try to expand but we come back just as in love with every bite like always! Thanx guys for making some amazing pizza ? We also love going to the mall while we wait , it?s always a good experience!
