Greeko’s Grill Café - Abingdon

All restaurants are closed on Sunday in Abingdon, except Greekos JJ Sports bar. All food is homemade. Dedicated pastry chef in house with delectable strawberry cream cake, carrot cake, cheesecake, Baklava, etc. potato salad alacarte is an easy light dinner. The alacarte menu is really good. Fresh salad ingredients on the salads. Cheeseburger is great compares nicely to Luke’s Cafe down the street 8 compared to Luke’s 14 same burger. Mustafa is the young owner who is Greek, owns the Rendezvous International Cafe across the parking lot which serves expresso lattes etc. the French restaurant inside this cafe which serves homemade fresh omelettes crepes strawberry etc. Best place to eat for fair prices high quality food in n downtown Abington on West Main Street.

Go hungry, the portions are a good size. We enjoyed our first visit and were pleased with everything. The food was delicious. The service was great, very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going again.

Baklava cheesecake!!I went to this restaurant around 5 PM and was able to seat myself immediately. Upon sitting at the table, the waitress who was all alone, but working very diligently came over to me within what felt like seconds. Customer service here is wonderful.The food was absolutely delicious and very authentic. I ordered the multi platter which included lamb, meatballs, and of course, falafel. Everything was great and ending the meal with a slice of baklava cheesecake damn near put me in a food coma. I am not from this area but I do frequent here from time to time for work. I will make it a point to come back when I’m in this town again.

It has been years since I have found authentic Greek food like this. The entire dining experience was well above par. The staff were friendly, prompt, and service was quick. We had the option to sit outdoors where it was quieter. The spices used in our food were spot on and my salmon was cooked to perfection. My companion even stated that this Greek cuisine was a class above the Greek food he ate when he lived in New York. We will definitely be dining at Greeko's again very soon.

I stopped by while visiting from out of town and had a fantastic experience. The lamb pita was absolutely delicious, and the seasoned fries were mouthwatering. The hummus was also great. Our server, Natalie, was very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful lunch! Food: 5/5
