Mcdonald's - Abingdon

They used to be great, but now I frequently experience errors with my order and others'. When the restaurant is busy, the staff acknowledges customers but does not take orders promptly. It would be nice if they at least acknowledged customers who prefer not to use the automated ordering system. Some customers still pay with cash occasionally.

I have never been disappointed with this place. When driving up to the restaurant, we had to circle the building to park and order because there were no cars between the ordering board and the pickup window. The process of taking orders was very slow. Once inside, there were 4 self-service kiosks, but only one was working. We had to wait in line to use the one working kiosk, only to find that the credit card processor was not working either. We ended up having to wait in line again to pay with the only employee working. Despite all of this, our order was still messed up. The owner of this location needs to step in and make some improvements.

The service was quick and efficient. The dishes were served hot and tasted fresh. I have no complaints.

Slightly Jaded Went During The Day Excellent Service Fast And Got My Order Hot No Complaints. Went Around 10:30pm Sunday... They Wouldn't Even Acknowledge They Wouldn't Take Any More Orders. JUST PEEKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY.

Seemed like a typical McDonald's, decent. I'm gonna do more recon the next time I'm there. More to come.
