There were well spaced tables so we could catch up and not disturb other patrons. I enjoyed a richly natural cold brew. Others had fresh coffee and tea. I had a tasty spicy chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. One of us had a delicious cream of broccoli soup bread bowl. Both featured great Panera breads. It was nice to have a choice of an apple instead of chips. We appreciated a staff member helping us take a group photo.
Recommend going only when Rob the manager is there(he is very good at what he does), otherwise; service very slow, always short on staff(especially up front), hazelnut coffee pot always running out, half and half always out(should have 2 containers instead of 1). Need someone to keep the tables and floors cleaner . The store in the Festival is better in all aspects. Would be more popular with locals if these suggestions were taken.
We were traveling from out of town. staff wonderful. Food great. ty all
I get it, understaffed. Long waits for food. What I can understand is the rudeness. Even to a little kid
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera. Service was bad , the cashier got our order wrong and had to be rung up three separate times and then when we got our food it was still wrong. My half of chicken salad sandwich that was five dollars didn’t even have a half a teaspoon of chicken salad on it .Very disappointing
