Bowyer Arms - Abingdon

The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price; for just £30, we enjoyed a starter, two very filling mains, a dessert, and two drinks (one being a large glass of wine). The staff, including the manager, were all friendly and accommodating, ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. Since the pub's rebranding and complete makeover, it has improved tremendously in every way. Having not visited for several years before this delightful recent experience, I can now confidently say that I will be returning much more frequently!

What a lovely pub! It has a wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service, and delicious food. We had a fantastic Sunday roast that was excellent value, complete with plenty of vegetables, creamy cauliflower cheese, a hearty portion, and a Yorkshire pudding. I would definitely recommend this place!

This afternoon, I had a meal and drinks with a friend. The service from the manager was outstanding. We enjoyed excellent table service, which was impressive, especially for a noon visit. The chicken, bacon, and avocado open sandwich was delicious! I paired it with a refreshing Peroni. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely return later with more friends for some live music.

Had an amazing time in archers! Service was unbelievable by two service managers. With the menu as well as the children's menu we helped us very much. Great prices on children 3 courses and 2 classic offers. They have a huge garden to eat and a playground for the children. In any case, this would recommend for families and come together

Went for lunch with my son. Had some fantastic service from the staff at Bowyer Arms and from the manager that helped us every step of the way with the kids menu and with drinks which are at amazing prices. Must say i loved the katsu chicken curry and my son loved the steak and ribs and for deserts he had churrious with chocolate sauce :p nice touch having table service to and very polite. Will definitely be back with more family members.
