Under a flut modern Japanese fusion experiments – really very delicious! – matsu goes back to history and presents a more traditional taste experience and offers authentic Japanese cuisine in abu dhabi. the location is great for a night outside!. in the upper floor of the yas left golf club, nestled between different rooms and terraces in the free of the mature white Spanish style villa that makes the club house, is fresh air food wonderful this time of the year.

First, the place is already almost authentic japanese and eating. omg really delicious and super and the workers and the owner themselves are amazing people. Eat and spend a time and enjoy eating and the lookout and the place is somehow out of the stress in the city life. by far it is one of the best Japanese restaurant and only constraint is transport.

Truly authentic Japanese restaurant with Japanese chef and management. Food was amazing and made me feel that I was back in Japan. I will definitely go back again. どうもご馳走様でした！

Matsu is a Japanese restaurant in the Yas links of island yas. the restaurant is not only Japanese name, but the owners of the restaurant have brought the culture and tradition japans in the heart of abu dhabi. I found the entrance of the restaurants quite dramatic as if we see some film portraying Japanese culture shows barrels, Japanese style curtains with traditional inscriptions over them, cozy ambiente with these dim lights, live cooking stations etc. the restaurant has both sitting outdoors and a fast and precise service. we were always very fascinated with Japanese suppen. let me tell them a secret that we know cake about a Japanese tradition that in japan a drink suppe after the whole meal and not before the meal as we normally do. we tried some of their cook recommended dishes and love eating and taste of each and every one of them. we had kamameshi grooming, spicy thunfischmaki, crispy ebi maki, lachs tataki, tofu salat, huhn teriyaki and maguro (tuna) steak. after the dressed followed some mocktails from which we had ordered strawberry coolers, passion fruit and coconut food. the drinks were very refreshing and good in taste. of dressed, tofu salat, lachs tataki, kamameshi veg reis, huhn teriyaki and spicy thunfisch maki were the showstoppers first me. we also get to taste their sushi and we loved both aromen. her management from manager to the waiter was everyone hospitable and great in their jobs. we loved to visit them and would go there soon. their desserts are simply from the world. we tried her pistachio ice cream and loved the presentation and taste of the eises total. also we have to eat their homemade cheesecakes that was nothing but a butter. it was so good to be treated with these desserts. it is a highly recommended place.

Who knew that we had this right among our nasen, in yas?! of the decoration, the cutlery and cherry, the decoration was an experience that had believed us to visit japans. we received really good service, with them pour us some special drinks to welcome us and be attentive to our desires. they served us so gracious, and eating oh, eating. so many sushi options, I would recommend 100% to try their plates. they also make drinks from the clouds themselves, I swear. it is really a pretty experience. and the drinks are on zomato gold, a huge plus! would recommend for a date night, on the balcony with magnificent view.
