Two people alone can’t serve a fully packed restaurant. You need *at least* 3-4 servers on weekends, period. We waited around 30 minutes to order. We waited another 30 minutes to get our basic breakfast food. The servers were nice but trying to juggle far more than they should be. The food was subpar. Ingredients were left off and I ate my cold oatmeal with a fork as it was one giant dense hard blob on my plate. This place has potential but needs way better management.
It was very good but extremely expensive for breakfast. A side of bacon was $4…only 2 strips. Very good service…everyone was very nice.
So this was our second time eating at the Arbor, since we were sitting in the bar area, it was pretty much self-service. When we got there, the place was almost empty, my food was luke warm at best and my pasta Bucantini was undercooked.Ambient was awesome due to the life piano music. But there were not enough service people.
There were 8 people in the restaurant when we got there during Savor Fort Wayne. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter. The appetizers were actually good but I ended up with food poisoning likely from the pork belly. The waiter did box our food but forgot to bring it back to us and we had to ask for it before leaving. Everyone has bad days, but this was a rough one.
Brunch was excellent. Great atmosphere. Not too loud, excellent attentive service.
