Ordered on the app. Sandwich was not ready until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be even though they were not that busy. That took off one star. What took off the other three stars was the male manager with dark hair loudly belittling the red headed female manager in front of customers. I know they were both managers because he announced it when yelling at her. Very unprofessional and I felt so sorry for her. She handled it professionally by not responding to his criticism of her and continuing to do her job, but I could tell she was shaken up by his rudeness.
