Beyond rude! I was trying to order food over the phone and i forgot my hotel room number while on the phone and the guy said “you are calling me to order food but dont even know your room number”?? And he proceeded to hang up on me. Why the f would you treat people that way? Specially when i want to spend my money at your restaurant? Didnt even had to go the restaurant to experience bad customer service, all i had to do was call.

Over priced food and was subpar. Hoagie didn't have any mayo on it, for instance, and was likely 10 inches (not 12) but was $12. I'd say $8-10 is more common.
