Absolutely unacceptable! I attempted to place a food order over the phone, but I forgot my hotel room number. The person on the other end responded with, "You're calling to order food but don't even know your room number?" and then hung up on me. Why would anyone treat customers like that, especially when I want to spend my money at your restaurant? I didn’t even need to visit in person to experience terrible customer service; all it took was a phone call. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Please verify the purchaser and ensure the address on the receipt is accurate; this is basic business practice that shouldn't be overlooked. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to guests who were confused by the mix-up. Is this really that difficult? I would be very concerned about customer service like this. Food: 1, Service: 1.

Went in to eat dinner with the wife, ordered spaghetti and meatballs dinner and a pan pizza. Menu reflects prices of $14 and $10 respectively, paper included in menu states due to pandemic prices have risen 20% and apologizes but never states menu is not updated. Received a bill at end of dinner for $43 and change. When asking, the owner came over and started yelling at me and saying I need to listen, then told me he is ready to argue After I reread his statement with menu and told him it never states menu is not accurate, he went on song and dance about prices and everyone is expensive now. Then stormed off after I told him I wouldn’t have eaten there for the prices they tried charging me, which were not a 20% up charge. Spaghetti went from $14 to $18 and pan pizza went from $10 to $16 I told him he was trying to rip me off and threatened to call police, he took my bill stormed off and changed prices back and continued to try arguing. We started with the bread, which was clearly fresh and paired with their homemade olive oil—it was simply divine. Then we enjoyed the soups and salads, which were absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were spot on, with no need for additional salt or seasoning! We indulged in the bread, but when the main courses arrived, we made sure to savor every bite. The food was incredible from beginning to end, and I want to give a special shout-out to our server Simona for making our experience so wonderful. We'll definitely be back for her and the amazing food!
