The food was food and the experience was great until the waitress came when she just served the food (without asking) that we have to pay half cash, half card... when we finished and asked for the bill she said as the same and we didn't have enough money to pay half on cash. Then the manager came and told us that it was a misunderstanding: we could use only 1 card to pay (so only one transaction or 1 transaction and cash). For us a little uncomfortable as we were with friends and now we owe them money. That's what happens to us for the first time. I think our experience has been made somewhat stranger because since then the food and experience was excellent

When she started, her food quality was very high. Now that they are expanded, their customer service is incredibly bad. They are not sitting right, they leave you standing for a while until someone comes and shows a chair far away and tells you to go sit, regardless if you want this place (Note that the place was half empty). The waiters were fucked and not helpful when I needed something. I ordered two burgers for me, my wife, they brought them apart for the same order by 5 minutes. My burger was very cold when her burger arrived. I complained and the waiters didn't help. Success should not make you treat your customers this way. Was my favorite new place, but now it's downhill.

Everything was great except the waiting time we booked a table at 9:15 and we started ordering at 10:00 !

The menu is boring... put some new stuff, plus... what is Gahssan bla bla bla? U guys are supposed to write whats in the order on the menu .. how am I supposed to know what ghassan likes? : plus the decor is amazing but the tables are too small... too too small.
