Amazing and tasty eating excellent service from all employees especially casey that serve the eating on time with very good customer service

The food quality is good; however, we saw cockroaches on the floor and on our seat and the toilet is very dirty and smelly...i would undertand because the place is old, but restaurant hygiene should also be prioritized as the food quality will be compromised if hygiene is poor.

I have been here for 10 years and the buffet and service have always remained the same high quality standard. the buffet may seem somewhat small, but it is large enough that they still be able to grab many different teller and the food quality is really good for the price. the service is also great and they will prepare special meals when they are allergic to something in a buffet or if they have a special diet. 10/10 would recommend

I really never though ponderosa foods are really good, food taste so amazing, like was surprise, its a big yes for me, especially with there fried chicken so crispy and the steak its a heaven. PERFECT

We haven't visited them for a long time. The restaurant is quiet compared before. Still love the food, specially the chicken wings their specialty.
