Casa Mila - Acapulco de Juárez

Been coming here since it opened up a couple of years ago and have never had a bad meal. There are always people there but it is never crowded which is a surprise to me. The food is well done, creative, tasty and a real bargain. It's out of the way and you have to work to find it but it is worth it!!!!!

Went once because of trip advisor reviews and food was fair. Our secondvand last visit will be our last. Food was terrible....ordered fillet and it was vile...my wife had jumbo shrimp that were poquito.It is also off the main street in not such a good location. We return every year and when we go back to Acapulco if the restaurant is still there we will not be returning.A word to the wise should suffice.

We had a lovely evening with great friends. The service was absolutely Excellent. All of us enjoyed our meal. Try the portabella appetizer. Tasted like steak.

Another fine dining experience. We dined there twice and found the offerings to be excellent, the service to be good and the desserts to be fattening. Great place to experience.

We went on a Saturday night; party of 10 dining early for dinner. We were the only table upon arrival. As is the norm with a large party in Acapulco; separate checks were requested. A dilemna.After about 20 minutes (or more) our drinks were delivered. 10 more minutes for the delicious bread. Salads were brought and the tomato/mozarella was also delicious.About 40 minutes later our entrees started to appear...I ordered the special paella; huge portion; but uh-oh, tasted fishy/and of iodine. And the shrimp were in shells, which made for a mess. I needed a separate bowl/plate for the shells...another 15 minutes.Steaks were ordered; 3 different kinds; arrechera; rib-eye; fillet. No one was happy.The live music started right next to our table about 2 hours into our meal. It was muted and very nice. We could still converse. Another group appeared about 9:30pm. Remember this was Saturday night. Not a lot of business. The service should have been better. The table shared desserts which were tasty. So have a salad, bread and dessert. Skip the entrees. Or skip the restaurant; there are plenty of others where service and food are consistent.I won't give this a second chance.
