Great choices on the menu, albeit a little overpriced, especially when accompanied with a couple of drinks. Good ambience and the waiting staff are extremely polite and courteous.

School dinners at a high price. Very disappointing!

Miller and Carter's prices suggest a quality experience, but the food is more reminiscent of a Wetherspoons. Seasoning seems to be nonexistent, and the staff appeared to be uninformed about taking orders. The steak tasted clearly frozen, and don't bother asking how you want it cooked, as it will come out medium-well regardless. How do you even burn slices of garlic bread? To make matters worse, they can't even spell "margherita pizza" correctly.

I made a reservation for a meal with my mother and bridesmaids the night before my wedding, expecting a nice, relaxing evening. Unfortunately, we felt largely overlooked during our visit. After placing our order, we waited quite a while for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, there were items missing. We wanted to order more drinks, but it was difficult to get anyone's attention for service. Eventually, we received the missing dishes, but they still didn’t take our drink orders. Two of our group had ordered ice cream, which never arrived until we had to ask for it three times. By that point, most of us were tired, and it really put a damper on what should have been a wonderful night with my closest friends and family. Although the ice creams were eventually removed from the bill after I requested a complaints form, it wasn’t about the cost for me; it was about the experience.
