The Summer Isles - Achiltibuie

The infamous cheese did not disappoint—it was so good that I'm writing this review with a specific purpose: I need to find out more about that delicious cheese with the crumble and the one that had a pickled flavor! I crave more of it, and I have friends who, just like me, adore a good cheeseboard. Could they please share the name of the company that produces it? I believe they are local. Wishing them a wonderful season in 2018, and I look forward to coming back!

This place is a hidden gem! We stayed in one of the log cabins, which was cozy, warm, and well-equipped. The meals were amazing, and the breakfast was excellent, all served by friendly staff.

I just stopped for lunch while biking around the half island on a beautiful sunny day.

The personal could not have been nicer; everyone who recognized the names of our sohnes before they met him was a nice note. good breakfast, beautiful room, spectacular view. we're coming back.
