We had a staff training next to this cafe. During morning tea break, me and my friend grab a cup cake from the event provided and then wanted to get a coffee at this cafe. We put a little cup cake on the table and go line up for ordering a coffee. A man power walk to us and said: “You cannot bring food in the cafe.” I: “oh, ok. Can I order a coffee first? He: “No, you cannot bring food from outside, and now you have outside food on the table, you will need to remove it now.” and then my friend walk back and take the cupcake, I said: “ my friend is now getting the food.” He: “ You will have to get your food out of our cafe. You need to know we don't allow people bring food into our cafe.” OMG... I just walked off and just wanna leave a review here. Sir, Please learn how to talk to people nicely with more flexibility when doing business.
