Eatalia Cafe Creamery - Acworth

The ice cream tasted stale and clearly had been stored for too long. The service was mediocre; the staff member was just lounging on a couch in the back instead of attending to the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were covered in crumbs, the display cases were dirty, and the cakes looked dry and likely need to be discarded. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed. I wanted to support a small local business, but I would have preferred to visit a larger chain where I can expect a cleaner environment.

I tried to patronize a local shop. I would have done better going to a chain.This place could be so nice, if someone cared. It is filthy, stinky, bathroom was disgusting, and the coffee was horrible. I threw my whole drink away. There is no one in there so I can’t understand why it’s not clean.

Unclean! The women's restroom is not in service, and there is only one bathroom available. The toilet seat is broken (the ring doesn't fit properly). This place must have been nice at some point, but now it’s really disappointing. We ordered smoothies but they were out of our preferred flavor, so we settled for strawberry ones. There weren’t any dairy-free options for my daughter, who is sensitive to dairy. I won’t be returning.

This is my favorite bakery! I absolutely love their ice cream and cake. However, the online hours indicate they're open until 10 PM, and when I arrived, the open sign was flashing and the door was unlocked. I went in to order a cookie, but they told me they were closed. If they really close at 9:30, they should update their online hours. Other than that, it's a fantastic place!
