Even though this location had mixed reviews. My experience was amazing; the chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy, the red beans and rice were smoky and flavorful, exactly as brand standard. Even the coke machine was bubble, fresh, and could tell they are cleaned regularly.The vibes were immaculate, chill, and peaceful. Just came there, and ordered the $6 box, the girl who took the order was slow (mentally), and they had a mess at drive thru window. Car in front of me order was messed up, and they had a guy pulled up he was upset and walked to the window and said he was waiting for his food for over 30 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and I drove off. Was disappointed. A brand new Popeyes in that area with a 2 star ratings. The manager was just standing there confused. I highly recommend

Hi! Ok...I don't usually write reviews without pictures but, although the food was good... the service, not so much. The lady at the counter was nice but , for some reason it took around 20 minutes to receive our order. The restaurant was not busy at all. So, not real sure why it was such a long delay. I felt forgotten about.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I visited this location tonight expecting GREAT customer service and this is the worst that I have ever been treated at an establishment. After waiting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes, I decided to go inside. My chicken was tasty.The biscuits were made just right. Everyone who ate with me had no complaints. The guys who took my order paid attention and called my order back out to me since I had specific requests for my order. Everything was right with the order. The customer service was a decent experience for me. Visited on 7/23/22.
