Chick-fil-a - Ada

The service was quick, and my food was served hot and fresh! However, my sweet tea tasted like water from the drive-thru. When I stepped outside to get a new drink, a staff member came out on her break. She was very friendly, held the door open for me, and immediately asked how I was doing when I needed help. She quickly refilled my sweet tea and even took a sip to make sure it was better! She truly made my day, and I greatly appreciated her wonderful service. I wish I had caught her name because she definitely deserves recognition and a raise! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The mini chicken biscuit bites were incredible! However, the biscuit on the regular chicken biscuit was broken into pieces, causing it to fall apart before I could even get it out of the wrapper. Despite that, I still had a great experience overall. As always, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
