Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Restaurant

We stopped here on our way home to Michigan. The kids always love eating here. We celebrated my son’s 16th birthday and the staff was awesome!!

The waiter took better care of the table behind us. Then us because she thought she was going to get a big tip because they had big party. She should treat her customers the same no matter how big or small the party is.

It took over an hour to get our food even though it wasn't busy. Our server never came back to check on us. Another server offered 1 person refills but no one else. I stopped the manager and asked for biscuits. After food arrived we needed several condiments that never came. I had to get up and ask the manager if we had done something to offend them and he said no why do you ask. I told him we needed service because our server was MIA. He came with refills and the condiments we needed. About 10 minutes after that our original server and new server came to the table with an attitude and asked if we needed anything else. I'm not sure what happened to our sweet little home town Cracker Barrel. I sure wish they knew that horrible service is not the way to keep business

This was a pleasant stop in a very long drive. The service was excellent. The food was great.

We got there mid afternoon. Not busy at all service was great and the food was hot and was very good.
