I ordered this sandwich with a side of a potato salad. I was horrified when the potato salad came with the salates when I discovered that he contained large pieces of speck. that was nothing in comparison to the shame I felt with my actual meal. After I had taken a few bites and thought it was a bit dry, I saw under the melted Swiss to see if it was actually Russian dressing on the sandwich as per menu. I didn't find any dressing, but I found big pieces of speck! I doubled the menu to confirm that bacon was not mentioned in the description and spoke with the waitress. she said oops and then told me that she would “see if I could take off her bill!” as if I wanted to pay for it even from the far away? it was removed from our bill, but the restaurant did not seem to worry about the situation. I'm not sure if they just don't care about their customers (see on this way to me) or they thought that speck was one of those ingredients that don't have to be mentioned on a menu. fortunate they had not decided to include something in the sandwich I am allergic to. in any case, it is for a restaurant horribly irresponsible not to mention all the ingredients on their menu, and a little worse, not even to really care about customer satisfaction. will never eat there again.
