I placed an order over the phone and had to repeat my order four times. The delivery took 2 hours for 2 portions of pork and shrimp dumplings, as well as a beaten soup that I ordered at 3:00 a.m. The food arrived at 4:45 (even though I live less than 10 minutes away and didn't want to pick up in the rain). Their flyer did not have any information about delivery fees or minimum order requirements. I was called back later and told that there would be an additional charge because they needed to replace paper in the machine. The pork and fried noodle soup was undercooked and terrible. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of the food.
First and foremost, this restaurant has undergone a change in ownership and is now called Dumpling Land. My favorite dishes here are the xiao long bao, shao mai, and liu sha bao. I have also sampled their seafood dumplings and lamb dumplings, both of which were delicious. The shao mai and seafood dumplings have a similar filling with freshly chopped shrimp. The xiao long bao comes with a hot soup in the packaging. The Woman bao is a golden yeast bun baked with custard, a delightful sweet dessert option. In the afternoons, they have a special deal on dumplings which can help save money on a delicious dinner. I highly recommend this fantastic spot to everyone.
I look forward to some delicious dumplings, but they weren't here. wrappers were chewing on places and the dumplings did not seem to be made fresh. service was good.
It is always advisable to look at excessive hot oil in their freshly cooked spring rolls, especially here. Hot dripping oil burns. the pigs were on average also, gives yum cha a bad name.
