Belvedere - Addis Ababa

My first time there, wanted to get a real taste of Italian cuisine in Addis. The reviews looked good on Google so I together with some friends went and checked it out. My overall impression of the place is, Pros: Fast service, good ambience and seeing an Italian waitress was a pleasant surprise. Cons: Choice of location is bizarre; Parking space may be an issue during busy times. Opening hours odd; especially dinner times. check before you go! My lunch was a lasagna. The portion was on the smaller side and had Very little cheese in it, which was a disappointment to be honest. It simply doesn't justify the price frankly. On reflection, best to look elsewhere for lasagna at least. P.s. their other choice of menu looked better; didn't taste it so can't comment.

Its a good place with a tasty food choice, i liked the pizza. Something to improve is the lighting of the place but else averything is fine

I love this place. Only place in Addis I’ll eat a salad. The tuna salad IS the best salad I’ve ever had anywhere. Love the baked lasagna dish and their pesto. Service is excellent. Laura is the sweetest, and the owners are excellent at what they do.

Had lunch and dinner here and was impressed by the handmade pasta, lasagna, salads, roast lamb. Excellent choice if you are looking for authentic Italian. The outdoor garden seating is also a nice plus. Highly recommend this place.
