Subway - Addis

This subway is terrible. The food is sloppily made and they can never remember what you have. It takes them forever to get your order and when they do they do t seem to know what there doing. I just went in there for 2 sandwiches and it took me almost 15 minutes and they forgot the cheese on one of my sandwiches. They is an obnoxious amount of sauce on both sandwiches. When I called and asked if the sandwich I got had cheese she said yeah we were talking and I forgot. Next time you come we owe you cheese. I mean really? Please do t eat here

So so service.The one on Greenwell Springs Road had roaches .That is so nasty! #!!!

I don't understand these old reviews. I was the recently and apparently they have improved. they may not have an ingredient they want, or they might ask to wait just like 2 minutes because they did something else, but otherwise I had no bad experience there.

Great location. a sandwich ordered by the app. they were out of my sandwich so that they fixed something I had not ordered and did not want and then refused to pay back my money. the worker told my man that they can't do anything I had to call back for a manager. I called back the next morning and spoke to the manager who also told me that they can't reimburse me. she said the superior would call me. it's 2 weeks and nothing, so sherry, you're a terrible manager. avoid this place, they go to Walmart on the one hand. they are fantastic.

I looked at myself like I was stupid. they talked all the time, which took 1 sandwich 10 minutes. I've been there several times and let me get upset every time you get a new staff.
