Catering By Trailer Birds Hot Chicken

I had their FUBAR heat level today. It was great. Traveled very well and was still crunchy and fresh by the time I got to eat it.

The Fired up flavor for my tenders was Fantastic!!!!!!!

For a Dickey's concept/ghost kitchen, I don't know why I was expecting more. I ordered the 3 tender combo, hot, with fries. I added a side of slaw and a piece of texas toast. Tenders remind me of the same frozen tenders I had in college in the dining halls. They did not come sauced or with any powdered seasoning as you would expect, but there was a side of sauce where I could do it myself. Cole slaw is your run of the mill Dickeys slaw, which is mediocre. The Texastoast was hard and dry. The only saving grace was the fries. I'd save your money, or spend the extra few bucks for Dave's or an actual hot chicken place and not a ghost kitchen.

Ordered hot chicken last night for the fmaily. got several different levels of heat and boy was it delicious! glad to have something in the hood that is new.

It averages to about $20 per person if you get a side and a drink and it's not even that great.. Not only that but they got the order wrong.. I ordered for 4 people and nobody got their ranch.. Also I ordered hot fries and seasoned tater tots and they got that wrong too.. I gave 2 stars because it wasn't terrible but definitely not worth it
