Cinnabon - Addison

I would give them a 4-star rating due to their outstanding customer service! I've had two experiences with them: one dining in and the other using the online drive-thru. The food was fresh and hot, though I have to admit it wasn't quite as good as when I was in college, when they often forgot to bake the bread (but those memories are hard to beat!). The store is consistently clean and well-stocked with chips and Cinnabons. If you're looking for something quick and delicious, I highly recommend giving them a try!

The sign indicates that it opens at 10, but I’m unsure if that’s accurate. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, and it’s still not open. Just to clarify, this is a Schlotzsky's, not a Cinnabon, so don’t expect fresh cinnamon rolls.

I went to this restaurant not for the Cinnabon, but for a sandwich. I'm a big fan of their pizza and calzones, and their sandwiches are pretty delicious too. If the Cinnabon is anything like the lunch menu, it could be worthwhile, but according to other reviews, it might not be the authentic Cinnabon. It might be a better idea to head to a mall where you're more likely to find the real thing.

Every time I go to this location, the Cinnabons are either stale or completely sold out. Please work on improving your consistency!

I arrived at 7:33 on a Sunday, and I was told, "Sorry, we are closed." What’s going on? The main door clearly indicates that the hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM.
