They put in a lot of effort, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark. I like to call it the "struggling BBQ joint." The restaurant is often empty, and I tend to be the only customer there. The food is quite average, especially for the high prices. On the bright side, the staff are really friendly!
I had a great experience during my visit. The manager was excellent and stayed attentive while I considered my options.
Have taken out a few times and sat in dine. not necessarily the best quality, but decent. good value for the price, with decent sides. I personally would recommend their huge bakers (big, filling baked kartoffels,) brisket (I like it chopped) and creamy spinat side. the sweet Bbq sauce is good. they do a good job, dinge to pack to go. the fried sides must not be burned. mac and cheese must not be overcooked. no big fan of her roll. they're always pretty fast to get out.
I love the new brisket. Huge difference and very lean. Sides are good but the potato salad takes it all. Will be back.
