Jaxx Steakhouse - Addison

This place was dead when I went at 6 pm for happy hour. The catfish nuggets were mostly breading/crust and the drink was so sweet with juice and no trace of liquor. Even for $5 it was not worth it.

The food was great but we were forced to do a 20% gratuity for a waitress who's service was not good. She never ruled our water unless we begged her to. She never removed the plates from the table. When the main course came out, I had to remove the appetizer plates to make room for the main course plates. Speaking of appetizers, I had to share someone else's because she never put my appetizer order in and when I mention it she acted clueless. Then she brought me the appetizer after my main course, by then I didn't need it. I think she got to comfortable with talking to us that she didn't focus on our order. The food was great, atmosphere was great.

Oxtails weren’t fresh. My stomach was upset after eating. We love DJ’s and this was our first bad experience there.

Food was amazing and server was even better. Chef came out and introduced herself made the experience even better. Will be going back

Went for our anniversary and had a great time! Our server, Micheal, made sure we enjoyed our time there. Provided us with recommendations, food and drinks were amazing and the service matched with it as well. Definitely will be coming back.
