I followed the cooking instructions, but after 10 minutes, the ravioli was still frozen. I decided to throw it away after reading other reviews where people reported getting sick from this product. It's an interesting name for a company that makes people ill and can't even deliver reliable cooking results. They need to do better!

This was our go to frozen pasta for many years. I made Beef Ravioli and Classic Cheese Tortellacci for my husband and I once a month. I cook the Tortellacci first, and using the same water in the pot, I cook the Ravioli. That all changed when we both became ill shortly after eating their pasta. I believe it was the Tortellacci that was bad as it had an odd taste and using the same water infused the Ravioli. As a loyal customer, I reached out to them via their Contact Us link on their website. That was months ago. I haven 't heard a peep from them. Apparently, being a regular, loyal customer of their product is not a value to this company. Very disappointed in their lack of response and will not purchase their products in the future.

There’s something seriously off about the roasted ravioli bites. I bought them twice, and they were not brown at all. They had no flavor and tasted like spoiled fish. The first bag was disappointing, so I thought I’d give them another chance with a second purchase, but the second bag was even worse. Either the cooking instructions are incorrect, or they simply don’t taste good. We ended up throwing both bags in the trash. I even tried cooking them longer, but there was still no browning. This product should definitely be taken off the shelves.
