Contribuisci feedbackI’ve been to this restaurant three times. The first two visits were nothing special but decent enough. However, during my last visit, things took a turn for the worse. I wasn't informed when my order was ready, and I waited for 20 minutes before finally inquiring about it. No one responded to my question, but another customer let me know that my order was sitting there waiting. When I finally received it, I was disappointed—it wasn't very good at all and tasted quite bland. I’m giving it three stars because my first two experiences were positive, so I’ll be a bit generous this time.
I just saw a photo that left me shocked. The drive-thru is illuminated by 4 million lights, but the shield is completely turned off. It looks like the restaurant is closed. If that’s the case, at least they could turn off the menu sign!
Additionally, they informed me that they went to Taco Cabana only to find that the restaurant was closed. When I inquired about my online order, the staff said they hadn't seen it at all. Afterward, I contacted customer service for further assistance.
I tried to order my food locked and the staff sat in the lobby and noticed that I went about the drive thru and the responsible told me he had 600 commanded why he closed and his man told him very rude
Jay was amazing to me and my boyfriend, we had gone into the dining room when we didn't realize it was closed. He was so kind and patience with us. Jay is overall very professional and made our experience wonderful here!
