I don't think that is often wood-fired, but the pizza bases are large, quite thin with the right ratio (and I'm scientifically) of krispyness to floppyness. the tomato sauce topping was delicious with not too much cheese. pizza is so simple, but so few have put it right. peperoncino and freshly baked parmesan are in demand. the prices in the april 2015 ran from €6 for a basic margherita or most single topping pizza, to €7 for a few more toppings and €8 for a calzone I think is stunning worth for what they get. I don't think we paid more than 30 € for a family of four including a few drinks (including alcohol for the adult) they can also order larger half and half pizzas that are good to share (because they feel less guilty to have a whole pizza to themselves.) the only other main dishes that are on the menu are foccaccias that I didn't try. Maybe next time. they do delivery (not tried by me) and on Monday and Thursday they make a drink unlimited pizza coffee for €10 per head. I didn't try that either, but I'm sure they would regret to visit for unlimited pizza, as I could have done a serious amount of harm on their winning range. grazie, puravida.
