The restaurant is located near a forest. they have limited vegan options, but the staff is very helpful. eating is nice, but portioning might be a little bigger. they have traditional Swabian food.

One of my favorite visits in restaurants when it comes to German eating. they are very attentive to all diets, including various vegan options and explanations of allergens. on their menu they have an additional section for veggie and vegan adjustments of traditional Swabian dressing like for example maul bags . even on their seasonal menu, they include vegetarian options. this is one of the few German restaurants in this area where they can take their family or group of friends with different nutritional needs. the dishes are very tasty and tasteful, I enjoyed every single one I tried. another important aspect is that they are concerned about food waste: on their menu they ask them to mention ingredients that they do not want to be included in their salad for example.
