Contribuisci feedbackI had an extraordinary dining experience at Andys mountain restaurant with a breathtaking view of Adelboden. The cozy ambiance felt like a warm invitation to a family dinner. Andy personally introduced the Christmas menu, featuring traditional Swiss dishes with a delightful twist. The flavors surpassed my expectations, and the delicate presentation added to the uniqueness of the experience. In my view, he deserves a minimum of 17 Gault Millau points for this exceptional culinary journey.
We had the most incredible dinner at Hohliebe-stübli. The food was inventive but comforting, with an incredible range of flavors and ingredients. The service was fabulous, both from the chef and the staff. The chef was able to provide a wine recommendation based on the evening’s meal. And the atmosphere is warm and inviting, closer to being in a friend’s house than a restaurant. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait until I can dine here again!
Großartiger Geburtstagsabend unserer Tochter. Zum ersten Mal ein Essen auf diesem Niveau. Ein Genuss vom Aperitif bis zum Dessert. Jedes kleinste Detail stimmte. Was war eigentlich das Beste? Der Aperitif, die Vorspeise, das Menü, das Dessert, der Wein? Es war einfach alles perfekt. Herzliche und schnelle Bedienung und alles zu einem fairen Preis. Danke Andy und Sandra sowie der gesamten Bedienung. Es war ein Erlebnis. Falls es doch noch etwas zu bemängeln gäbe: Es war sehr warm im Stübli.
We had a great dinner, full of variety and interesting tastes. There's no particular course, all were great. Well done!!
Service was great and so was the food but... there is one menu for everyone, so no à la carte. I’m not very fond of eating what I’m told to without having a choice. Pricey menu and pricey wines. We went there based on other reviews which are good but will probably not go back. Do try though!
