Thai Mandarin - Adelboden

Good menu variety for reasonable price. We also had the tai buffet which was great. unexpected asian in the Swiss Alpes.

The food at Viktoria was exceptional. We were both pleasantly surprised with the presentation and the amount of flavour in each dish. The vegetable tartare, Salmon and Pad Thai were great! The staff are also very attentive. Great little find!

Great food and ambiance, arrived the week before high season so it wasn't crowded and the service from the staff was great. Manager came to our table to thank us for stopping by, nice touch!

They have a Swiss Menu and a Thai/Asian menu. Go Swiss, or have a steak on a hot stone. The Thai menu is very disappointing, lacking in flavour, the Pad Thai was oily, and the rest of the food was bland. They are trying to add variety to the resort, but I doubt the Chef has ever been to Thailand, or if they have, they left their tastebuds there.

Good, solid food with friendly service. however, as everywhere in switzerland: 'normal' and 'solid' is not much less expensive than 'excellent' - therefore we preferred alfredo and the taverne.
