Costa Coffee - Adur

Visited Sunday afternoon and waited 15 minutes to serve. only two employees worked hard.

Very well organized with employees immediately clean tables, as it was very busy, disinfect tables and encourage people to sit on correct size tables for the number of people in party. queue was long, but handled by 2 women.

While we are sitting on a table today, drinking coffee and doing something work, we were attacked by a group of oaps verbal! the incident came from nothing and made us feel vulnerable. think we were sitting where they wanted to be! the staff in...Costa was incredible. they attacked and demanded to leave the instigator of the attack and made sure we were well. the employees were incredibly supportive and proaktiw in their actions. they ensured that we felt welcome and appreciated and their customer service was exceptional! Thank you. josh, sophie, tino, katie and team. they are fantastic and costa have luck to have so fantastic staff!

Now, it said to wait to get her to eat and drink and then they have to wait again for a place! Luckily we had so cold things that we had waited 15 minutes, so I suggest that they leave it, unless they are empty and the road instead!

Costa has replaced Starbucks at the Next Store. I popped by on Wednesday, it's first day of trading. The seating arrangements are much better than before, more seating and comfortable to sit on. The bar area is bigger and there is a lot more choice...of food and drink than previously on offer. It's still early days yet but it's definitely an improvement on what was there before. Good Luck
