Very good sushi and nice staff. Unfortunately, lack of hygiene when garnishing on top of the sushi when I was there. The person had one gloved hand and one without a glove and both hands were used for the cash register and touched the face of the person garnishing. Didn't feel so funny when the person in question also wiped his face with a sweaty paper, then covered his nose with the paper. The person was holding the paper with the ungloved hand; in order to grab the garnish with both hands a few minutes later. It didn't feel fresh when it comes to food... Would have been better with more frequent changes of gloves and washing of hands.
