More than two hours waiting for a pizza that was half cold. Long customer only ordered last time. What an arrogant person on the phone. Who calls himself the boss. Sad. Never again.

I ordered a chicken durum, but the meat was completely raw.... We called to explain what happened but they offered to send another durum the next day because the same day was closing...without apologizing and without understanding the seriousness of the situation. Bon appetit my friends!!!

Commanded at 22:22, receive the order in time but, VIANDE CRUE !! not cooked at all. My wife still gives the breast to a child and she eats raw meat?! Do you know that you might contaminate people that way?? I'm calling and I'm getting another durum back the next night because they're closed!! If they are not able to make a correct order then they have to stop the deliveries earlier, instead of doing it as soon as possible to close the time!!!

The order arrived 50 minutes late, which I can understand, but if everything is cold and there is 90% vegetables and only 10% meat on my weak pita sandwich... I don't pay for that! Never again!

Ordered at 7:44. We're 2 hours away, 9:37 and no delivery. They're calling me, dropping in seconds. I can't reach them. 21:41 finally got in. Bad connection. Got the message that delivery was on its way. I don't think it's OK for two hours. Now wait for delivery and quality.
