Siamo andati qualche giorno fa in questo ristorante, la qualità dei piatti è nella media, il rosti non era male ma ho mangiato molto di meglio altrove; il piatto di maccheroni era ben condito ma i maccheroni erano al quanto scotti.Il personale è gentilissimo ma il servizio è molto lento, dopo il primo piatto ho dovuto cercare io una cameriera per chiedere il dessert in quanto erano tutte impegnate in cucina e in sala... We were able to go on a wonderful team outing at the Emmental cheese dairy, including making Königsweg and Stöckli cheese. The highlight was delicious cheese with the meal. All employees are very welcoming. We can highly recommend the Schaukäsi as an excursion!
Had a really nice mixed salad and a “Huus Kafi”...
Lunch here as part of our cheese-making package. We choose several chicken dishes and found them all very tasty and well prepared. The pasta and cheese was amazing, according to our teenage daughter. It was part of a wonderful afternoon spent here.
Beautiful place in Swiss nature And actually quite interesting to see the actual production of Emmenthal Cheese and the history of it. The centuries-old Bernese houses are also incredibly beautiful. The restaurant itself is only average. Cheese dishes are above average, but the rest is clearly not. The service personnel are also average. (a bit typical of black....: Overall, I will visit the whole cheese factory/museum again, but I will only be for a drink in the restaurant.........
We had a large pot of cheese fondue and some wine with lunch. Very good! Service was fast and very friendly. We did not speak Swiss German and they could speak English. A nice situation. You have a complete menu with all traditional Swiss articles on it.
