I couldn't wait to find this place and this couple who are offering a new concept after years of pressure, today it's the private table formula that we came to discover with friends. This concept suggests privatizing the room for a table of 8 to 12 guests. The preparation for this moment takes place through an exchange with Ms. Mariottat, on site if you wish but by email as was my case for reasons of personal convenience. Everything was planned for our arrival and we felt awaited and welcomed with attention. What else can I say that everything was perfect: the discretion of Mrs. Mariottat alone in the service which presents the dishes, but also her presence so that nothing is missing (breads, wines , the quality of the dishes, the quantity, the presentation, all the attentions (personal and dated daily menu, appetizers, sweets, etc. . It's a shame not to have been able to congratulate the chef Mr. Mariottat in person despite my request and to chat a little with him, too bad it was his wife who took all the compliments...
