Contribuisci feedbackThis is my 2nd time ordering chipotle. The first burrito bowl I ordered was fine but the second wasn?t so good. The bowl usually was full but this one wasn?t. The fajita strips wasn?t cooked and wasn?t cut right and the chicken was slightly over cooked. They Got to do better.
Order food tonight 3 bowls! and got crunchy rice white rice and brown rice inedible . Store refused to give refund offered to make us more food. But got a sample rice and it was still crunchy! They suggested we call corporate for a refund! Or they could give us a store credit. Chipotle cost too much. Very very poor service. Yes I am reporting to corporate! They keep this up they will be going out of business!
I understand we came an hour before closing, but I ordered ahead a quesadilla and we came in and they told us they didn?t have cheese?. I?m not eating just a tortilla. They didn?t have chips and dips either. So our options were very limited and I decided to wait 15 minutes for a block of cheese grabbed from freezer cut into chunks.
Stuck for 45+ minutes in the Chipotlane with no way out. Got to the window only to learn they were missing most ingredients, chips, etc. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don?t consider coming here on game day weekends ? as much as I love Chipotle elsewhere, this location needs improvement in many areas before I?d recommend dining here or placing a to-go order.
I placed my order on the Chipotle app, paid for it, and it was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 6:50 PM. I got in the drive-through line at about 642, the line was long, and at a standstill. After about 15 minutes, I decided to go inside to pick up my food, now that it was well past 650. When I got there, my food was not ready, and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes.
